Toughening and reinforcing SBS/PS composites were achieved by pressure-induced flow (PIF) processing. The effects of compression ratio on the mechanical properties and micro-morphology of SBS/PS composites were investigated. The results showed impact and tensile strength of samples after PIF processing increased by more than 2 times and 1 times respectively than those of non-PIF samples. SEM images showed that layer structure formed and oriented along pressure induced flowing direction in SBS/PS samples after PIF processing. |
