簡介：

Poly(vinylbutyral)(PVB)iswidelyusedasthefilmsandwichedinthelaminatedglassowingtoitsmerits,suchassturdiness,flexibilityandgreatadhesivenesswithglassaswellasthehighimpactstrengthatlowtemperature.However,comparedwiththeseproperties,heat-resistanceofPVBisnotsooutstanding,whichcouldbethemainreasonleadingtoPVBmechanicalweaknessinhighertemperaturerange.PlasticizedPVBiswidelyusedforcommerciallaminatedglass.AdditionofplasticizeralsogeneratesdecreaseofglasstransitiontemperatureofpurePVB.While,zirconiumdioxide(ZrO2)isakindofinorganicmaterialwhichhashighheat-resistanceandstrength,thusourresearchaimstoimprovethermal/mechanicalpropertiesoftheplasticizedPVBbyaddingZrO2nanoparticlesthroughsol-gelmethodandproducehigh-performancelaminatedglassexperimentallyusingtheimprovedPVBasaninterlayerfilm.
