A facile and robust strategy for creating micropatterned polymer brushes via the combination of micro-contact printing (μCP) induced supramolecular self-assembled photo active surface with subsequent self-initiated photografting and photopolymerization (SIPGP) is reported. The results contribute to polymeric functionalization on a wide range of hydroxylated surface or graphene based materials
