張建新，男，博士，天津工業大學副教授，碩士生導師。美國科羅拉多州立大學訪問學者，瑞典隆德大學博士后。主要從事有機中空纖維膜的制備及性能研究。主持完成自然科學基金1項，局級項目1項。發表論文20余篇。
2012年-至今年受聘于天津工業大學化學與化工學院（2018年前為環境與化學工程學院）化學部從事教學科研工作，主講有機化學、有機化學實驗、有機綜合實驗。
