A novel
method for switch-controlled drug release was developedthrough the reversible
morphology transitions ofsupramolecularbranched copolymer self-assemblies. The reversible
transitionsfrom vesicles to nanoparticles weresuccessfully achieved
byalternating UV and visible light irradiation to obtain
morphologycontrolleddrug release in a switch mode.
