本項目擬合成出一種兩親性線形-超支化拓撲高分子新材料。通過其可控自組裝行為和非溶劑引發相分離法，制備出一種多功能納米孔模板。綜合利用模板的可控結構和多功能性實現對藥物分子的分區域包載和控制釋放。
