2013年5月24日， Robert G. Gilbert教授在楊光教授的邀請下，訪問了楊光教授課題組，交流學(xué)術(shù)，并且做了題為“Understanding starch and glycogen nanoparticle structure: new directions in human health”的報告。
Professor Robert G. Gilbert是澳大利亞科學(xué)院院士，中國外專千人計劃，華中科技大學(xué)特聘教授。已指導(dǎo)過65位博士研究生和碩士研究生，以及60余位博士后研究員。他發(fā)表的論文300余篇，專著兩部，論文他引超過11000余次。目前擔(dān)任Biomacromolecules (American Chemical Soc.), Journal of Polymer Science Polymer Chemistry Edition (Wiley), and Polymer (Elsevier)等雜志的編輯。
