本發明提供一種木醋桿菌菌株及通過它制備納米纖維素皮膚組織修復材料的方法。制備方法如下:首先將保藏在斜面上的木醋桿菌(Acetobacter xylinum Y05,CCTCC M 207163)制成搖瓶種子,靜態培養獲得納米纖維素膜。再將培養好的膜分離純化,然后與天然多糖(殼聚糖等)和蛋白質(膠原蛋白、絲素蛋白等)復合制成。這種納米修復材料具有良好的生物相容性,與人體皮膚相近的柔韌性和強度,還具有良好的可塑性和彈性,可適用于各種不規則傷口表面,并且能夠長久保持水分等,可以用作臨床上燒傷、慢性皮膚潰瘍等皮膚損傷或缺損的皮膚替代物和醫用敷料等。
