本文以丙氨酸衍生物的自組裝體為模板，在四氫呋喃和氨水的混合溶劑中，以TEOS為硅源進行手性復制，得到的一種表面有孔的二氧化硅納米球的中空結構(如下圖)。我們對其形成機理用透射電鏡進行了表征。這種結構在藥物釋放上具有潛在的應用前景。
