劉文哲，女，2000年10月生，陜西延安人，2022年畢業于中國石油大學（華東）自動化專業，獲學士學位。現為中國石油大學（華東）電子信息專業2022級碩士研究生，從事微納材料與先進傳感器、檢測技術與自動化裝置、測試計量技術及儀器等研究。
