趙烈，1984年7月出生于浙江溫州，2006年7月浙江科技學(xué)院化學(xué)工程與工藝專業(yè)畢業(yè)，獲得工學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位，2007年9月進(jìn)入桂林理工大學(xué)攻讀碩士學(xué)位，專業(yè)高分子化學(xué)與物理。
