Four different types of spherulites of microcrystalline cellulose were prepared using vapor precipitation with proper humidity at various temperatures from concentrated microcrystalline cellulose/1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride solutions.
本文通過蒸汽沉淀法在纖維素/離子液體濃溶液中成功制備出了纖維素球晶,并通過偏光顯微鏡、掃描電鏡和X射線衍射對球晶形貌和結構進行了深入研究。偏光顯微鏡結果表明,在不同濃度和溫度下,可以生成四種不同的球晶:環帶正球晶、環帶負球晶、非環帶正球晶和非環帶負球晶。環帶球晶的環間距和球晶尺寸隨著結晶溫度的升高而增加,同時所有球晶的大小都隨溶液濃度的的增加而增加,表明濃度影響著纖維素分子鏈的重排從而決定了球晶正負,而溫度影響了片晶的扭曲從而決定了環帶球晶的生成。掃描電鏡結果表明正負環帶球晶是由于球晶生長過程中片晶扭曲的方向不同而造成的,而非環帶球晶則成明顯的捆束狀結構。X射線衍射結果表明,所得四種纖維素球晶均為纖維素II晶型,且衍射強度比快速沉淀法制備的再生纖維素大大增強,特征衍射峰也變得更加尖銳。
