Poly（tetrafluoroethylene,hexafluoropropyleneandvinylidenefluoride）isapolymerusedinplasticopticalfiberassheathmaterial.Theintrafaceofsheathandcorepolymericmeltingfluid’sviscose-shearforcerelationshipisimportantforopticalfiberperformance.ThemeltedPoly（tetrafluoroethylene,hexafluoropropyleneandvinylidenefluoride）isnon-Newtonianfluidandfollowspowerlawflowcharacteristic.Inthisresearch,weuseRoasandRH7-2CapillaryRheometertomeasuretheviscose-shearforcerelationship,andthemeltingviscosityexpressedbyHagen–Poiseuilleequation,thepolymerviscose-shearforcecanbecorrectedmoreaccuratelybyRobinowitschequation.
