簡介：

Inthispaper,thespinningdopeofthecarbonnanotube(CNT)/polyacrylonitrile(PAN)nanocompositeswaspreparedusingin-situpolymerizationmethodandtheCNT/PANnanocompositefiberswerepreparedbywetspinning.ThemechanicalpropertiesofnanocompositefiberswerecharacterizedandtestedbyDMTAandtensiletester.TheexperimentalresultsshowthattheadditionofCNTcangreatlyimprovethemechanicalpropertiesofmaterials.WiththeincreaseofCNTcontent,theinitialmodulusofnanocompositefibersincreasesandthestoragemodulusalsoincreasesatthetesttemperaturerange.For0.53wt%CNT/PANsample(stretchingratio:24),thestrengthreachesto7.6cN/dtex.
