簡介：

Blendingisaneffectivewayforpolymermodification.InfluencesofPEcontentonmorphologyandpropertiesofPVC/PEblendswereinvestigated,andtheblendscoatedpolyestermultifilamentswereprepared.TheDSCstudyshowsthat,theglasstransitiontemperature(Tg)ofPVC/PEblendsislowerthanthatofPVCplasticizedbydioctylphthalate.ThelowerTgaswellasdecreaseddimensionofdispersedphaseindicatethatthecompatibilityofblendsandtheirlowtemperatureresistanceareimproved.Meanwhile,thethermaldegradationremainsthesame,andthereisraredifferenceontheactiveenergyofthermaldegradationbetweenpurePVCandPVC/PEblends,howeverthecoatingprocessbecomeseasyandexcellentcoatingconcentricitycanbeobtained.
