由上海交通大學(xué)主辦的“第十屆親水膠體國(guó)際會(huì)議(The 10th International Hydrocolloids Conference)”,定于2010年6月20-24日在上海舉行。來(lái)自世界各地的專家學(xué)者和企業(yè)人士將共同研討親水膠體研究和應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域中關(guān)注的問(wèn)題,熱誠(chéng)歡迎流變學(xué)、高分子科學(xué)、食品科學(xué)、膠體化學(xué)等領(lǐng)域同行踴躍參加。
