簡介：
Lyocell/CNTcompositefiberswerepretreatedwithvariouscatalystsinordertopreparecarbonfibers.Thesecatalystsincludedphosphoricacid(PA),urea(U),mixtureofphosphoricacidandurea(PA/U)withdifferentmoleratios,ammoniumdihydrogenphosphate(ADP)anddiammoniumhydrogenphosphate(DHP).Thecarbonfiberswereobtainedfromthosepretreatedfibersbyheattreatingat110℃,150℃,200℃and250℃successivelyandcarbonizingat1000℃.Thepyrolysisbehaviorofthosepretreatedfiberswasinvestigatedbythermogravimetry(TG)analysis.Theresultsindicatedthatthepyrolysisofthepretreatedfibersstartedatalowertemperatureandthecharyieldsincreaseddramatically.Themechanicalpropertiesoftheuntreated,heattreatedandcarbonizedfibersweremeasuredrespectively.Itwasconcludedthatthediameterofthefibersdecreasedastheheattreatmenttemperaturegraduallyrose.Thetensilestrengthandelongationatbreakfirstlydecreasedandthenincreasedduringheattreatmentandcarbonization.Comparedwithothercatalysts,PA/Uwasthemostappropriateonewithanoptimalmoleratio(P:N)ofabout2:1,andthecarbonfibersproducedwiththiscatalystpossessedagreatertensilestrength.
