TougheningandreinforcingSBS/PScompositeswereachievedbypressure-inducedflow(PIF)processing.Theeffectsofcompressionratioonthemechanicalpropertiesandmicro-morphologyofSBS/PScompositeswereinvestigated.TheresultsshowedimpactandtensilestrengthofsamplesafterPIFprocessingincreasedbymorethan2timesand1timesrespectivelythanthoseofnon-PIFsamples.SEMimagesshowedthatlayerstructureformedandorientedalongpressureinducedflowingdirectioninSBS/PSsamplesafterPIFprocessing.
