簡介：
SiBNceramicfiberswithexcellentmechanicalandthermalstabilitycanbeobtainedbyN-methylpolyborosilazaneasthepolymerprecursor.Inthispaper,N-methylpolyborosilazanewaspreparedat150℃underdifferenttimeconditionsandexaminedthemeltspinnabilitybyahanddrawingmethod.Theas-obtainedpolymerprecursorswerecharacterizedbyFTIR,NMR,intrinsicviscosityandTGA,andthemorphologyoffiberwasobservedbySEM.Theresultsshowedthatthepolymerprecursorsobtainedatdifferenttimehadnearlythesamestructure,whichwasalargenetworkstructureconsistedofflexiblelinearstructureresponsibleforthegoodmeltspinnabilityandrigidring,andtheirintrinsicviscosityincreasedwiththeincreaseofthemolecularweightexceptingthepresenceofalargedegreeofcrosslinkinginthepolymer.Thepolymerprecursorobtainedat60hdisplayedagoodmeltspinnabilityandrevealedaceramicyieldof60%upto900℃innitrogenatmosphere.
