  眾所周知，在生命體中蛋白質控制著多數的生物功能。蛋白質的運動，特別是大振幅、集體的原子運動，對許多功能起著重要的作用，例如酶促反應、構象改變等。此外，水分子對決定生物大分子的結構、動力學和功能均起著重要的作用。水分子的擴散運動不僅能夠幫助物質傳輸，并且對生物大分子的柔性起到一定作用。因此，研究蛋白質及其表面水分子動力學對理解蛋白質功能的微觀機理具有重要作用。

  近期，上海交通大學洪亮研究員受邀在《Chinese Journal of Polymer Science》發表的專論中系統的介紹了近年來課題組利用中子散射、MD模擬和氘化技術對蛋白質及其表面水分子動力學的研究進展。

• 第一部分闡述了將中子散射、分子動力學模擬和氘化技術結合可對蛋白質/水體系中不同動力學部分進行分解。

• 第二部分介紹了用該分解方法探索微觀的蛋白質動力學轉變機理。

• 第三部分對生物體系和高分子體系動力學研究做出展望。
