Thestretchingresiliencyofpoly(butylenesuccinate-co-terephthalate)(PBST)cottonpliedyarnandotherelasticfiber(PTTfiber,PETfiber)cottonpliedyarnwerediscussedandanalyzedinthispaper.Bycomparingtheirstretchingresiliencytestedbyusingasingleyarntester,itcouldbeconcludedthatPBSTcottonpliedyarnhadbetterstretchingresiliency.ThestretchingresiliencyofPTTcottonpliedyarnandPETcottonpliedyarnwerelowerthanPBSTcottonpliedyarn.Thedecreaseofstretchingresiliencywasduetothedifferenceofthemolecularchainstructureandinfluenceofcotton.ThestudyprovidedatheorybasisforthedevelopmentandapplicationofPBSTfibers.
